Dr. Blander earned his MD at the University of Buffalo Medical Center in 1981, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Stony Brook University in 1984. He was a research fellow for 2 years at Rockefeller University, and then completed his clinical fellowship in Infectious Diseases at UCLA. Dr. Blander is board certified in Internal Medicine, and Infectious Diseases.
