Office hours:
The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am- 5 pm, with extended hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am-6 pm and on Saturday for Urgent care appointments from 9 am -12 pm.
After-hours care:
If you need to call the office after normal business hours, there is an answering service that will take your message and forward it to an on-call physician. If you have not heard back from a physician within twenty minutes, please call again. Please make all routine calls including appointments, and prescription refills, during normal office hours.

Visit Preparation
- If you do not have your records, at your appointment you may fill out an Authorization to Request Records at our office; which can then be faxed to your previous Provider. To find out the proper steps to obtain your records please call (203)848-1803.
- Inform your provider of any outside referrals you already have.
- A current insurance card along with your co-pay if you have one.
- A list of current prescription and non-prescription medications, vitamins and supplements you take.
