About Herrera-Brito
Gustavo received his Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and is a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified by ANCC. Gustavo is fluent in Spanish and is also able to converse with patients who speak Portuguese. Additionally, Gustavo worked as an instructor providing education for providers as well as other health care professionals regarding the principles of Patient Center Medical homes.
Gustavo considers that providing care to patients in their native language opens a myriad of opportunities to ensure their needs are met.
Insurance
We accept most major medical insurance plans. Please make sure to bring your current insurance information every time you come to visit our offices. You may be required to update your personal information each time you are seen in our offices. Medical insurance can seem complicated. Please feel free to ask questions. Our staff is happy to help you understand your insurance coverage. Our central billing office submits most bills directly to your insurance company. Co-payments and charges for non-insurance covered services are due at the time of the visit. You will receive a monthly statement that updates the status of your account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards and cash as well as your personal check.
