You may be required to update your personal information each time you are seen in our offices. Medical insurance can seem complicated. Please feel free to ask questions. Our staff is happy to help you understand your insurance coverage. Our central billing office submits most bills directly to your insurance company. Co-payments and charges for non-insurance covered services are due at the time of the visit. You will receive a monthly statement that updates the status of your account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards and cash as well as your personal check.
