In March needing a PCP due to health insurance I made my 1st appt. at IMGNH for a complete physical due to a recommendation from a good friend. Saw an APRN for bloodwork, urinalysis and was scheduled an ultrasound for pain in leg. Echocardiogram recommended, office will call and give me appt. date. Bill came in I paid my portion for labs, ultrasound and office visit. Ultrasound tech said, your APRN will call but I don’t see a problem. No call came. Rec’d call from office saying echo was denied 2x. APRN will call to discuss. No call came. Fast forward to Oct. Visit for pain in side. Saw different APRN. Repeat all 3 tests above. Ultrasound scheduled 2 weeks out. I called 2x leaving message to discuss labs. No call came. 4 days later called my Gyn to discuss results. He sees nothing urgent but says to follow through with ultrasound. 8 days after initial visit get message to call office to discuss. Missed that call due to changing a grandchild’s diaper! Called 2x that afternoon and was told APRN is with a patient, they will call you back. No call came. Next day I call and leave message again, office says APRN will call back. No call came. Go for ultrasound appt. Report same day. No call came. My chiropractor said he’ll look at results. 1st bill for new labs just came in. 8 months out from initial visit and 4 weeks from second, I’m done. I’ll go to an urgent care center or the ER if I need to rather than go back to IMGNH. This is unacceptable health care.

Dr. Papernik was compassionate, intelligent and caring. I can’t say enough about him. He actively listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and explained to me thoroughly what he believes may be going on. He then gave me several options for going forward. I am so relieved and thankful to be in his care.

I recently switched to Jessica from a different provider at Internal Medicine and I could not be happier that I did. She listened to my concerns about other providers I’ve experienced and her attention to these details reflected in the care she provided. I have never had such a positive experience with a Dr nor had one that listened to my concerns and allowed me to be involved in my own care. I’ve only seen her once, but I would highly recommend!

Everyone in this office was incredibly nice and good at their job. Jessica Nursick was kind and thorough and put me at ease. I’ve had some bad experiences with doctors in the past so I was a bit nervous going in but that went away so fast because of how lovely everyone in this office is.

I went to Jennifer Crowther and when she moved to a different practice, I started seeing Jessica Nursick. She is attentive, personable and listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a PA who is genuinely interested in her patients health and well-being.
