I’m a local advocate warning you to stay away from this “doctor”. This website won’t allow low star reviews to be posted.
DISCRIMINATION AND BIAS…This is the worst practice in New Haven county (You are literally better off at Cornell Scott Hill). I’m an advocate and have not seen anything like this. The way he and his staff spoke about my patient when they thought I couldn’t hear them was astonishing (no worries I got it all ON TAPE) The doctors are rude, CLASSIST, and arrogant and have zero regard for patient care.
First off, they literally had sick staff working with people during Covid. Exposing high risk patients with no regard.
Secondly they are literally letting someone go without a life saving medication simply for having to reschedule an appointment.
Patient even asked when they called to reschedule (because their ceiling caved in and the repair people where coming at the same time as the appointment Monday) & asked if they would need to do any labs or anything that day or Friday because they wouldn’t have time to do it Monday. The scheduling person said it was perfectly fine and she would let them know and if any issue they would call. We rescheduled for a week out and then while the patient has contractors in his house on Monday they get a call saying your life-saving medication will not be refilled today because you failed to make your appointment!?
Patient immediately rushed over to the office (at cost with uber as the patient typical takes medical cabs) and then Dr. (Ramzen) took one look at the patient and care giver (patient is profoundly disabled) and discharged the patient on the spot.
I suppose having the audacity to walk in and ask why he was refusing a life saving medication (that was due that day and the patient was out of) and if we could just have an appointment right then or do labs right then was too much for poor folks like us to ask for?
He told one patient who called that he only accept “healthy patients” and told another he “doesn’t believe in permanent disability” (to a vet who was blown up overseas)
He told a patient who has 5 years clean and sober (on record tested monthly) that they are a junky and should do inpatient rehab?
Also his office said that no-one is in charge and they have no office manager!? So no oversight? They were so condescending with this last interaction I had with them that two other patients in the waiting room gave me their number so they could give me statements for the lawsuit!
What they are doing is morally wrong on a million levels and I am genuinely making it my mission to pursue consequences to their discriminatory and bias practices. Avoid this place like your life depends on it, their discrimination and bias may very well cost your life or life of a loved one.
If you are on state or federal medical they WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A BURDEN AND NOT PROVIDE PROPER CARE! The doctors are arrogant and treat folks like garbage for not having money. Again I have literally never seen anything like this before in my life (30 years in healthcare and a mother who runs a hospice)
Again, and I can’t stress enough, he shows blatant discrimination and bias. Blatant disregard for patient safety and welfare. Usmon Ramzen is a collection of red flags sewn into the shape of a man. He is no doctor. Do not trust him.

The doctors quickly diagnosed the irritated area on my back as a spider bite. I was in and out with a prescription in less than an hour.

Dr. Roman Khodzinsky
Is one of the greatest doctors I have the privilege to know, he is one of the best doctors as far as taking care of me. He is always there when something goes wrong with my health. Our patient/doctor relationship far exceeds that of my other doctors.
THANK YOU, DR. KHODZINSKY
For being my doctor and taking such very good care of me.
Hope this will continue for many years to come.
